3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the qr848 platform agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Violating any Malaysian laws or regulations in force at the relevant time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised technology to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems and security.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, payment manipulation, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where circumstances warrant.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the qr848 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are valid and belong to them. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

• Qr848 is required to do so under applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be subject to withholding pending further investigation.
